This problem was presented as Practical Exam for DataCamp Data Scientist Professional Certification.

We analyzed here data from an online properties rental platform and developed a predictor model for rental prices. The task compromised of data validation, data visualization, model fitting, model evaluation, business evaluation, and oral/slides presentation for a non-technical public.

In our approach we compared two regression models, Linear Regressor and Ensemble Bagging Regressor, with two metrics R2-Score and RMSE and also a third business metric KPI.
